Cement and bamboo are used to create a Ching Chair, a project of furniture objects created by Taiwanese designer Ta-Chih Lin, which revitalizes and gives nobility to everyday materials, emphasizing their technical characteristics through touch and form as well
The cement is used as a connection thanks to to its characteristic of mixing with water, which changes from a liquid to a solid state over time and stiffens the structure
The bamboo is in turn subjected to a special process of conservation of the green colour, creating the " Bamboo skin " which will last over time while retaining its original beauty
